Instead of worrying day and night set finishing points. Often perfectionist will work way past quitting time. A perfectionist in school will pull all-nighters to get the studying/project done. If you are a professional you may find yourself staying way past closing time. Yes, there is an element of dedication at the same time this is disrespecting yourself. STOP IT! (Of course, I know it’s not that easy, keep reading). When you sacrifice your well being and time in such a way you make it devastatingly easy to experience stress and negativity.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT KEEPING UP WITH OTHERS

Going back to a previous point, having dedication to complete a task is a quality to be admired. Knowing when to say when is essential. Taking time to take care of you is one of the best things that you can do for yourself. (This isn’t meant to sound selfish) It’s about you respecting yourself.
