Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I’m not ready to talk about everything yet?

You do not have to share everything immediately to begin therapy. We move at a pace that feels emotionally safe and manageable for you, without pressure to open up faster than you are ready for.

Q: What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?

Many people come to us after experiences where they did not feel fully understood or emotionally safe in therapy. Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care that recognizes the impact narcissistic abuse and relational trauma can have on both the nervous system and self-trust.

Q: Can therapy help me rebuild self-trust after narcissistic abuse?

Yes. Therapy helps you reconnect with your voice, boundaries, and intuition. Our work together also supports you as you regain emotional steadiness after experiences that left you feeling confused, fearful, or disconnected from yourself.

Q: How do I know if therapy is the right next step for me?

If you feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or constantly second-guessing yourself after a painful relationship or family dynamic, specialized therapy is important. You can rebuild clarity, safety, and self-trust.

You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. Choose the path that feels safest for you.
