You May Be Tired of Carrying This Alone
You replay conversations long after they end.
You question whether you are overreacting, even when something feels deeply wrong.
You seek reassurance because trusting your own judgment no longer feels safe.
You may still love or miss the person who hurt you.
Perhaps you are staying, leaving, grieving, or trying to understand what happened.
Meanwhile, everyone assumes you are fine because you continue working, caring for others, and handling what needs to be done.
But surviving the day is not the same as feeling safe inside yourself.
Therapy with us offers a private place to slow everything down. This is an opportunity to understand what you have experienced and begin hearing your own voice again.
Therapy That Begins With Understanding, Not Pressure
You will not be told what decision to make.
You will not be judged for staying, leaving, missing them, returning, or still feeling uncertain.
You will not be expected to explain your entire story during the first conversation.

Our work begins with what you are carrying now.
Together, we help you understand the patterns that have kept you confused, recognize what your nervous system has been protecting you from, and rebuild the self-trust that prolonged emotional harm can quietly erode.
Restoration from narcissistic abuse and trauma is about returning to the parts of yourself you had to silence to survive.
What Can Begin to Change
Therapy can help you:
- Understand why you keep doubting yourself.
- Recognize manipulation and unhealthy relationship patterns.
- Reduce overthinking, hypervigilance, guilt, and emotional exhaustion.
- Grieve what happened without losing yourself in it.
- Make decisions with greater clarity.
- Establish boundaries that feel grounded rather than cruel.
- Reconnect with your needs, values, and inner voice.
- Build a life that feels peaceful without mistaking peace for danger.
The goal is not to make you dependent on another person’s answers.
The goal is to help you trust the wisdom developing within you.

Perhaps You Are Still Wondering…
Q: What if I cannot explain what happened?
You do not need a polished story. Confusion is often part of what brings people to therapy. We begin with what you know and gently make sense of the rest together.
Q: What if I am still in the relationship?
You do not have to leave a relationship before beginning therapy. You need support while you consider what feels safe and right for you.
Q: What if I still love or miss them?
Attachment does not disappear simply because someone hurt you. Missing them does not invalidate your experience or obligate you to return.
Q: What if I am the problem?
We explore your choices honestly without turning self-reflection into self-punishment. Therapy is not a courtroom. You do not have to prove who was right before receiving support.
Q: What if I choose the wrong therapist?
That is why the consultation matters. It gives you an opportunity to experience the conversation and ask questions. The consultation also allows you the chance to explore if you feel understood and if we are a great match for you.
You Have Spent Enough Time Questioning What You Know
You do not need complete certainty to take one careful step toward yourself.
If you live in Texas and are ready for compassionate support after narcissistic abuse or relational trauma, your clarity consultation is a gentle place to begin.
